Who we are
The 3D Nepal is a Kathmandu-based technology and engineering company helping Nepal’s architecture, engineering, construction and surveying industries move from traditional delivery into fully digital workflows. We cover the full BIM spectrum, from 3D BIM modeling through 4D sequencing, 5D quantity & cost, up to 6D lifecycle & sustainability management, and pair that software-first mindset with field-ready reality-capture hardware and local training & support.

What we do
BIM Services (3D → 6D): Modeling, coordination, clash detection, 4D construction sequencing, 5D quantity take-off & estimation, and 6D asset/lifecycle data for operation and sustainability.
Reality capture / LiDAR & Site Scanning: Supply, training and on-site scanning services using modern handheld and tripod LiDAR systems (Trion series) for fast point-cloud capture and as-built BIM generation.
CAD & design software: Resale, deployment and training for professional CAD tools that are efficient, DWG-compatible and widely used for 2D drafting and production workflows.
Workflow integration & training: Short courses and on-project mentoring to help teams adopt BIM, LiDAR processing and digital handoffs between design, contractor and owner teams.
